Make your reservations now for our annual Thanksgiving Dinner featuring turkey, ham, beef roast, dressing, green beans, squash, mac and cheese, smashed potatoes, various salads, multiple desserts- pecan pies, banana pudding, chocolate cake, strawberry shortcakes, etc., breads and tea.   $30.00 ( $15.00 children 10yrs old to 5yr, 4yr and under $5.00).

The Veranda Inn Gallery is featuring the work of  well-known local artist Victor Dallas for the next several weeks.  Among Victor's art is a piece carved out of scarlet red oak call Scarlet Oak Leaves.  Victor will also host a reception and public art show in the coming weeks(tba). 

 Artist Workshops Comfortable lodging, delicious food and a well lit studio. You won't want to go home. The schedule of instructors changes annually. (Coming soon.)

Paint Outs Artists gather for 2 days to paint 'en plain air' the beautiful countryside. The event culminates with a wet-painting exhibition and sale in our gallery space. (Coming soon.)

Serenity Studios ( next door to The Veranda)  has just announced the opening of a yoga studio and reflexology studio in its building.   Inner Peace Meditation & Yoga will be open Wednesday through Friday starting August 18th.   Reflexology, Good For the Sole, will be open Thursday through Saturday starting August 19th.  Call Serenity Studios for more information and other special classes, 678-477-2787.  For groups and retreats there will be packages developed in conjunction with overnight stays at The Veranda  and Serenity Studios.
